Refund policy

The "All Sales Final" Policy

At Vinteege.com, we embrace the timeless spirit of the past, but we operate with modern precision. Every single tee we sell is made-to-order specifically for you. Because we don't hold "old stock" and each piece is custom-printed upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Before hitting that checkout button, we kindly ask that you double-check our Size Guides to ensure your new favorite tee fits like a glove.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we strive for perfection, we know that sometimes the universe throws a curveball. If your order arrives in a condition that is less than groovy, we’ve got your back.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged (torn, stained, or broken).
  • The print quality is noticeably defective.
  • You received the wrong size or design due to our error.

Note: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.

How to Report a Problem

If your gear arrived damaged, don't sweat it. Just follow these steps:

  1. Snap a Photo: Take a clear picture of the defect or the incorrect item.
  2. Send an Email: Reach out to us at retro@vinteege.com with your order number and the photo attached.
  3. Review: Our team will review the "evidence" and, if approved, we will ship out a replacement at no cost to you.

Cancellations & Addresses

  • Cancellations: Because our production line moves fast to get your retro gear to you, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item moves into production, it’s officially on its way to becoming yours.
  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
